We are looking for a Blockchain Solutions Engineer that will support the European developer community for the Phala Network a decentralized computing cloud service based on blockchain.
Responsibilities
Interact with developers and users of the chain to understand their needs, and write articles, tutorials, and sample code in response
Create documentation such as technical docs, blog posts and videos to teach developers how to build with Phala
Host events and build relationships within the developer community to understand the needs, frustrations, and feedback among the community
Curate educational material created by the community and ensure its accessibility
Hard Skills
Prio 1 / Must-have / Project Experience:
Solid programming skills in RUST at least 1 year.
Fluent or professional English spoken and written
Experience writing dapps, smart contracts, or other blockchain-related code
Practical experience of working with the crypto / decentralized technology space, and open source, privacy-minded communities
Ability to document and comment code
Quickly able to learn and teach new technologies and frameworks
Familiarity with or a strong interest in Substrate or Confidential Computation
Good communication skills and understanding of decentralized technology / cloud computing / and open source social media scenes
Prio 2 /Good To Have :
Familiarity with the Polkadot and Kusama Ecosystem
You have taught or helped (as a teaching assistant or similar) to teach a class or workshop
You have written tutorials, articles or sample code for others
