Home24 is an online furniture store that stocks pieces, accessories, and furniture to help style interior spaces. We worked with them for 16 months in three main areas:
Breaking down a monolith of code into microservices, which then permitted scrum teams of groups of 7 to better work in a productive manner.
Scaling the team from 30 to 70 engineers.
Implementation of new features and fixing bugs for the Home24 store.
